Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
To initiate a return, please email us at artscatholic.inbox@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please email us at artscatholic.inbox@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
